Welcome to ELLE LUXURY, LLC, also known as ELLE Luxury Interiors. These Service Terms are provided to help clients understand how our design services, consultations, estimates, renderings, vendor relationships, procurement resources, and project-related recommendations are handled.

These terms are general website terms only. Any active client project, proposal, design package, procurement service, or construction-related coordination will be governed by a separate written proposal, invoice, design agreement, procurement agreement, or contract issued by ELLE LUXURY, LLC.

Information on this website is intended for general informational purposes only. Viewing this website, submitting a contact form, requesting information, or communicating with ELLE LUXURY, LLC does not create a designer-client relationship.

A designer-client relationship begins only after the appropriate proposal, invoice, agreement, or booking has been accepted and payment has been received.

Design Direction Intensive

Clarity Before Commitment

The Design Direction Intensive: Clarity Before Commitment is a standalone design service created for clients who need more guidance than a standard two hour consultation.

This service includes everything offered in the Design Consultation, but goes deeper into the overall direction of the space, the Client’s priorities, the design vision, budget guidance, curated shopping list, limited procurement access for approved brands offered by the Designer, and clear recommended next steps.

The goal is to help the Client make clear, confident decisions before moving forward with a larger design, furnishing, renovation, or construction-related project.

This service is ideal for clients who need professional direction before investing in materials, furniture, construction, or a larger design package.

What Is Included in the Design Direction Intensive

The Designer will provide professional design guidance, which may include:

Overall design direction and aesthetic vision

Layout and space planning guidance

Furniture placement recommendations

Furniture scale and proportion guidance

Lighting direction

Paint color direction

Material and finish direction

Window treatment direction, if applicable

Review of existing furniture pieces

Renovation ideas and high-level recommendations

Guidance on what to keep, remove, replace, or add

Budget alignment and feasibility guidance

Recommendations for what should happen next

A curated shopping list for items discussed during the consultation

Limited procurement access for approved brands offered by the Designer

This service is meant to help the Client understand what is working, what is not working, what decisions need to be made, and what should happen next.

Curated Shopping List

A curated shopping list may be provided as part of the Design Direction Intensive: Clarity Before Commitment.

The shopping list is limited to items discussed with the Client during the consultation. It is not a full room design, full home furniture plan, or complete sourcing package unless separately agreed to in writing.

The shopping list may include recommended furniture, lighting, materials, finishes, fixtures, wall coverings, window treatments, or other design-related items discussed during the consultation.

The curated shopping list will be delivered within ten (10) calendar days after the two hour consultation has been completed.

The Client understands that product pricing, lead times, availability, dimensions, finishes, and specifications may change at any time. Final product details should be reviewed and approved by the Client before any purchase is made.

Limited Procurement

Procurement, when available, is limited to the brands, vendors, products, and trade sources offered or approved by the Designer.

The Designer is not required to procure, purchase, manage, or coordinate items from outside vendors, retail stores, online sellers, or brands that are not part of the Designer’s approved sources.

If the Client chooses to purchase directly from any outside vendor, the Client is fully responsible for verifying dimensions, finishes, quantities, pricing, shipping, delivery, damages, returns, warranties, and installation requirements.

Client Approval of Items

The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all recommended items before purchase.

Approval may include, but is not limited to:

Product style

Color

Finish

Size

Quantity

Price

Lead time

Shipping cost

Return policy

Vendor terms

Installation requirements

Once an item is approved by the Client and ordered, the Designer is not responsible if the Client later changes their mind, no longer likes the item, feels the item does not look as expected, or decides the item no longer works for the space.

Design is a visual and personal process. The Designer will provide professional recommendations based on the information available at the time of service, but the Designer cannot guarantee that every item, finish, color, or design decision will match the Client’s personal preference after it is purchased, delivered, or installed.

Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Vendor Policies

All product purchases are subject to the return, exchange, cancellation, damage, warranty, and claims policies of the manufacturer, vendor, supplier, or retailer.

The Designer does not guarantee that any item will be returnable, exchangeable, cancellable, or refundable.

Custom, made-to-order, special order, final sale, discounted, clearance, imported, or trade-only items are often non-refundable and non-returnable.

The Client understands that color, texture, scale, finish, and material appearance may vary from samples, photos, renderings, websites, or showroom displays.

The Designer is not responsible for manufacturer defects, shipping delays, freight damage, vendor errors, discontinued items, backorders, price changes, color variations, material variations, or installation issues caused by third parties.

Any returns, exchanges, replacements, freight claims, or damage claims must follow the applicable vendor or manufacturer policy.

Advisory Service

The Design Direction Intensive: Clarity Before Commitment is an advisory design service. This means the Designer provides professional guidance, ideas, direction, product recommendations, and next step recommendations.

This service does not include managing the project, preparing construction documents, coordinating contractors, overseeing installation, or supervising any construction work.

Client Responsibility

The Client understands that the Design Consultation and Design Direction Intensive are meant to provide design direction only.

Before beginning any construction, ordering custom items, ordering furniture, or making final purchases, the Client is responsible for confirming all measurements, pricing, code requirements, construction details, installation requirements, product specifications, and site conditions with the proper contractor, installer, vendor, architect, engineer, or licensed professional.

No Guaranteed Outcome

The Designer will use professional judgment, experience, and good faith to provide recommendations that support the Client’s goals, budget, space, and design direction.

However, the Client understands that design preferences are subjective and personal. The Designer does not guarantee that the Client will like every recommendation, product, finish, layout idea, color, or final outcome.

The Client also understands that final results may be affected by factors outside of the Designer’s control, including construction quality, contractor work, installation, site conditions, product availability, lighting, natural material variation, vendor errors, delays, budget limitations, and Client changes.

Dissatisfaction with a recommendation, product, finish, or final result does not entitle the Client to a refund.

Fees for Paid Consultations

The Design Consultation and the Design Direction Intensive: Clarity Before Commitment are billed as flat, non-refundable professional service fees.

Payment is required at the time of booking.

The appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

The fee is earned once the service has been completed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Paid Consultations

All payments for paid consultation services are non-refundable.

The Client may reschedule the appointment one time only, as long as the Client provides at least twenty four (24) hours’ written notice before the scheduled appointment time.

If the Client cancels, does not attend, arrives late, requests a second reschedule, or gives less than twenty four (24) hours’ notice, the appointment may be forfeited and a new fee may be required to book another service.

If the Client chooses to move forward with another design service within thirty (30) calendar days after the paid consultation service has been completed, a credit equal to the amount paid for the eligible consultation service may be applied toward the design fee of the next service, at the Designer’s discretion.

To receive the credit, the Client must book the next service, approve the written proposal, and pay any required deposit within the thirty (30) calendar day period.

This credit:
