5. Procurement + Scheduling
Approved items are ordered, lead times are tracked, and installation timing is coordinated.
3. Design Development
We refine the details, selections, custom millwork, finishes, furnishings, and scope.
6. Installation + Final Details
Trades complete their work, furnishings and materials are installed, and final adjustments are addressed.
